How We Fulfill Your Order
All of our products are printed on demand, which means your item is created specifically for you when you place your order. We partner with Printful, a leading print-on-demand fulfillment company with facilities across the United States. This allows us to offer high-quality products while minimizing waste.
Production Time
Since each item is made just for you, please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships. During busy seasons (holidays, special promotions), production may take a bit longer.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Please note: Due to the popularity of our products, please allow 1-3 weeks total for your order to arrive. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier conditions and your location.
Why Is My Order Shipping in Multiple Packages?
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This happens because:
- Items may ship from different fulfillment centers to get them to you faster
- If an item is popular and temporarily backordered, we may ship available items first rather than hold your entire order
Don't worry – all your items are on their way! Check your email for separate tracking numbers.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your order anytime using our Order Lookup page.
My Order Hasn't Arrived
Before contacting us, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any address mistakes
- Check with your local post office – they may be holding your package
- Allow a few extra days, as tracking updates can sometimes lag behind actual delivery

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses! Please note that delivery to these addresses may take slightly longer than standard shipping.
