Our policy for print-on-demand products

Important: Made-to-Order Products

All Celebrate Everything products are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner (Printful), meaning each item is created specifically for you when you order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

What We DO Cover

We stand behind the quality of our products! We'll gladly help if you receive:

  • Damaged items – Products that arrived broken or damaged during shipping
  • Defective items – Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Misprinted items – Wrong design, colors that don't match, blurry prints
  • Wrong items – You received something different than what you ordered

How to Report an Issue

Time limit: All claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a claim, email us at Christina@CelebrateEverything.co with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (damaged area, print defect, etc.)
  • If multiple items are affected, include a photo showing all items in one frame
  • A brief description of the problem

Good news: You do not need to return the damaged product! Just provide clear photos and we'll take care of the rest. We'll review your claim and get back to you within 2-3 business days with next steps.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Before filing a claim, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Look for a delivery notice from your carrier
  • Contact your local post office
  • Wait 2-3 additional days, as tracking can sometimes lag

Wrong Size Ordered?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues since each item is made specifically for you. We highly recommend checking our size guide before ordering!

Tip: Measure a similar garment you already own and compare it to our size charts to find your best fit.

Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • We'll offer either a replacement or a refund
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
  • Your bank may take additional time to post the refund

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Face masks
  • Underwear
  • Items that have been worn or washed
